Attendance, a message to the group and export

You see who has signed up and how many places each family has booked. You mark present and absent for each session, write to the families of a group about a change of court or time, and export the list to CSV.

The trial class, in your agenda

You mark when you are available and families request a trial class in a free slot. You confirm or decline. You can leave a note for families: what to bring, where to find you.

Questions people ask

Do you ask for a file on each player?

No. When families enrol we do not ask for any data about the child: no name, age, allergies or photo. Only the parent’s contact and the number of places.

How do I know who came?

At each session you mark each enrolment present or absent, from your space.

Can I notify the families of a group?

Yes: one message to the group, up to 3 a day, only to organise the activity. Each family receives an email and can reply to you.

Do you take a commission on enrolments?

No. The price is indicative and is paid directly to you.

Is there a lock-in?

No. The subscription is monthly and you cancel whenever you like.
