You create the open day with its date, time and the number of families you can welcome. Families sign up from your listing and receive a confirmation email with a link to cancel.

  • The age range (for example, 0 to 3 years) is written and the family ticks a box

You mark when you can show the centre. Families request a visit in a free slot and you confirm or decline, from your space or from the email of each request.

A listing with your logo and your photos

Included in the verified listing (free)

Your listing shows the centre: logo, up to six photos, address and the buttons to write to you, call you or request a visit. The photos are yours and do not show a recognisable child’s face without their parents’ permission.

When a place frees up, it is offered to the next family with the deadline you choose (2 hours to 7 days), and parents get a reminder the day before. Never two families for the same place, and no duplicate enrolments.

Can I manage a child’s admission here?

No. HolaNiños does not ask for data about children: it lets families find you, see your open days and book a visit. Admission remains your own procedure.

What data about families do I see?

The name or nickname, the email and, if the family wishes, the phone number, plus the number of places. Nothing about the children.

Can more families sign up than there are places?

No. The server counts the places and, if the day fills up, the family joins the waiting list.

Do you promise families or admissions?

No. We promise no number: you receive the requests and enrolments that really arrive.

Is there a lock-in?

No. The subscription is monthly and you cancel whenever you like.
