English for little ones, exam preparation, an English camp: you create each group with its dates, age range, indicative price and places. Families see it on your listing and enrol without an account.

  • If the group is for an age range, the family ticks a box: they do not type any age
  • The server counts the places: they are never exceeded
  • The price is indicative and is paid directly to you

Full does not mean losing the family

When a group is full, the family joins the waiting list. If a place frees up, we let the first family it fits know, and they have 24 hours to accept it. You see the list in your space.

The level test, in your agenda

You mark when you are available and families request a time in a free slot. You confirm or decline. No deposit and no commission.

When a place frees up, it is offered to the next family with the deadline you choose (2 hours to 7 days), and parents get a reminder the day before. Never two families for the same place, and no duplicate enrolments.

Do I have to register each child?

No. The family signs up with their contact and the number of places. We do not ask for any data about the child.

Can I offer a free trial class or level test?

Yes, with the agenda: the family requests a free slot and you confirm. You can write a note for families.

What happens if the group is full?

The family joins the waiting list and, if a place frees up, the first one it fits is told.

Does it replace my website?

You do not need a website to start, but HolaNiños does not replace a domain of your own: if you have a website, you put it on the listing.

Is there a lock-in?

No. The subscription is monthly and you cancel whenever you like.

Is there a lock-in?
